Overview
Pennyfarthing Homes are a family run property developer who have enjoyed over 4 decades of building new homes on the South Coast.
As a long-standing client of 15 years, we helped launch 25 new developments, ranging from luxury executive homes, upwards of £2m, through to larger developments of family homes, which include starter homes.
It’s fair to say that we have an in-depth understanding of the property market and what is required to help support the team to drive sales.

Reducing the time it takes to bring a new development to market is crucial, especially to start selling off-plan.
We have worked with many industry experts including architects, land and planning teams, media agencies and trade press. We understand the issues that can delay a launch, from construction to architectural plan changes. This knowledge helps us advise clients on the potential pitfalls that could otherwise disrupt the sales process.

How is this possible?
Each new development project goes through a discovery phase and site visit, allowing us to fully understand the deliverables for the target audience.
Transparency at every stage of the project and constant communication is key. We don’t save our work for a ‘BIG’ reveal weeks into a project, only to be told it’s moved in the wrong direction. This approach allows everyone to be involved, onboard and in agreement of how the project is progressing. It keeps the project on time, eliminates unnecessary rework and avoids budget creep.





Campaign driven
Working with Rightmove, Zoopla and New Homes for Sale, we have created multiple campaigns to promote not only the new developments, but also establish Pennyfarthing Homes as leading industry experts. Campaigns cover every aspect of purchasing a new home, from mortgages, buying off-plan to selling your existing property.
Deliverables included web banners, internal and third-party emails, social media posts and trade press adverts.



Capturing the lifestyle
One of our key roles is to promote the lifestyle that comes with being a new homeowner, it's not just about buying a new home.
Our photoshoots are designed to tell a story, allowing the customer to put themselves in the picture and see how their lives could look, this includes the local area, amenities and activities.
